Hello, I recently purchased Start11 v2 Upgrade. Unfortunately, the product key has been activated with a wrong email address (which does not exist). Please merge this product with my already existing account. I was not able to create a working support ticket so far. Unfortunately, my registration for Start11 v2 does not work any more, since the serial does not match my e-mail. Please contact me via PM, so that I can access Beta 3. I will give you my registration details there. The core of the problem is that my initial order has a typo in the e-mail address. Can I change the registration to another email? My service ID for support is SSN-61090.
