I get an error message everytime I try to reestablish fences. It stopped working totally. Message: "Fences has detected that Explorer was not closed properly. As a precaution, Fences has been temporarily disabled. To re-enable Fences, right click your desktop and choose "enable Fences"." I have followed this instructions many time and am unable to re-activate the application. Please HELP!
