I downloaded Start 11 and at the end of the trial period I paid for it by PayPal. When I activate the app, it says invalid product key. Now, in the email it says download fences and the next line is a product key. I used to have fences a long time ago. Have I not received Start 11's key? The email address I am logged into here is different from the one I use for PayPal, I've tried both, and another one as well in the activation box. Can someone help please?
