Been having this ongoing issue that uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't seem to correct. At times when clicking on any Windows 8.1 file type the application shortcut has a delayed opening. Sometimes up to several minutes. On occasion I 'll receive the following error. If commanding numerous shortcuts they'll all be listed after the C:\ProgramData\Stardock\etc. etc. I&
