Isuue with ObjectDock opening Windows related files

Been having this ongoing issue that uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't seem to correct. At times when clicking on any Windows 8.1 file type the application shortcut has a delayed opening. Sometimes up to several minutes. On occasion I 'll receive the following error. If commanding numerous shortcuts they'll all be listed after the C:\ProgramData\Stardock\etc. etc.

I'm running Windows 8.1 with the latest updates installed. All non Windows application open normally on command.

Any update on this? I got the same issue that has been happening since installing Stardock software.
