I had the problem with the missing configuration menu text on my laptop. The laptop is a Dell XPS 502 with Intel chipset graphics and an additional Nvidia graphics. The solution for this problem was for me to configure "TilesConfig.exe" to use the Nvidia graphics processor. The standard on the Dell ist to use the Intel graphics. Hope that helps
