Will the Purge maintain the folder settings as before?

Hi, Having the same issues. Did an SFC, DISM, Checkdisk and everything else suggested but the issue remains...it slows down very much some applications. Disabled it for now. This is probably a sales strategy to upgrade to the latest version. How do we downgrade to the old version without loosing the actual settings in Fences?
