It's been more than 1 week. No support from Stardock?

Unless some programs installed the language pack by itself, otherwise, I didn't do it. Anyhow, how to resolver? Thanks.

I am using English version of Windows 10, however, scrambled characters appeared during software installation. Please advise how to resolve? Should I continue with the installation? Thanks.
