The Steam overlay isn't running during these times in the first place. No game is running, and no Steam window needs to be open. I'm unable to select Groupy tabs using my Steam Controller, while Steam is running. It seems that Groupy acts in Administrator mode, preventing my controller's profile from working on Groupy. If Steam is not running, the controller works fine, as the controller defaults to a basic device mode.
