@The_Gear..... Why then is V1.55 running with Windows 10-64? I have not had one single issue with Start8 since upgrading from Win8.1 to Win10. How could it not be compatible?

I have the exact problem as the OP. My error message says V1.56 is not compatible with Win10-64... despite the fact that I'm currently running V1.55 The error is displayed even with BitDefender completely shutdown. https://www.dropbox.com/s/a3iv7opat9aw12c/Start8%20error.gif?dl=0
