Hi, Thank you for your quick response. Attached are 3 screenshots. 1st one is the Windows version via Winver as requested. The 2nd and 3rd showing the empty label both in Windows Start and in Start11 v2.51 (just updated to latest version now still same issue). I am using Start11 v2.51 on Windows 10 Pro. I tried to create a shortcut to a mapped drive, for some reason I ended up with a blank label and cannot delete that shortcut. Even when I highlighted it and then click on the delete button on the right it stays there. I can rename the label but then I get a duplicate shortcut with the same name. I can move it up and down but still cannot delete it. I have created others and able to delete them but not this one. Is there any way to manually

Hi, I have a problem. It seems you double charged me for Object Desktop renewal. I manually renewed it on Dec 22 and it was posted on Dec 23. Now I see another charge on Dec 24 (pending). My guess it was auto renewed and didn't know that I had already renewed. Can you please correct this and keep me posted. Thank you and Happy Holidays

Hi, Every time I upgrade or update Multiplicity from Object Desktop it ask me to enter the product key but this time it's says it's invalid. I originally bought it from EdgeRunner when you were selling thru them. I had bought the KVM 3 Pro so that I can access up to 9 computers. I have been a long time user of Object Desktop since 2002. I just renewed it (from the Object Desktop menu) and paid the renewal. For some reason after doing so OD has a button now saying to buy it, also looking at license info in OD it is now saying that updates and supports ends 1/23/24 which makes no sense, since the receipt I received from Startdock says 12/23/24 (a year later). So I went ahead and installed the beta update and now as I mentioned I was concerned that the ODM would change my license from 9 to 2 pc, all my other pc got disconnected. It's no longer a PRO version. Why did the ODM update change my license and how can I correct this?

Yes ODM is asking and Yes I have Show beta download checked. I just wanted to make sure if I install it I still keep the Pro version. In the past I used to download directly from EdgeRunner. I have been having problems with v3.44 Build 00090 where it disconnects from one of the computer, I would then stop the service and restart then it would reconnect and then sometime later disconnect, it's random so I am hoping with the update it may solve that problem. Hi Sean, When I enable Trails that seems to be OK even Sounds. When I enable Effects that causes another problem, when I double click on the email I want to open there is a very long delay before it opens. When I disable Effects (None) it opens right away. I have attached a video hopefully a picture (or in this case video) is worth a thousand words. I guess I can't attach a video or any attachment unless I am missing something. Hi Sean, That did it. When I disabled the shadow effect it stopped crashing. Wonder why. I will post a video shortly of what happens when it crashes maybe that will help. FYI, I have updated my video driver, Windows updates, even ran Outlook in safe mode nothing helped except for turning effect off now. Does this help you figure out what's going on, why it crashes with the effects on? Is it related to video driver? If so is there something I could change on nVi
