Multiplicity 4 upgrade

Upgrading from 3.6 to 4

Hi,

Every time I upgrade or update Multiplicity from Object Desktop it ask me to enter the product key but this time it's says it's invalid. I originally bought it from EdgeRunner when you were selling thru them. I had bought the KVM 3 Pro so that I can access up to 9 computers. When I put the same product key in as I have every time there was an update it says it's invalid, now I can't access the other computers.

I thought the point of Object Desktop is to make it easier to update. Anyway, can you please help me here.

I purchased it 7/14/2015, order# 3059638

Product name - Multiplicity 3 KVM Pro

Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you're trying to activate Multiplicity 4 Pro, you will need to use Multiplicity 4 Pro license key. Multiplicty 3 KVM Pro license key will not work on Multiplicity 4. To get the Multiplicity 4 Pro license, you will need to purchase it and since you are Multiplicity 3 license user, please click on the "Upgrade" button to get to discounted price.

I thought subscribing to Object Desktop includes that?

No, from what I know, Object Desktop only include the lowest available version of Multiplicity. So it will only include Multiplicity 4 not Multiplicity 4 Pro.

Had basic version 3 working fine - updated with object desktop. It states it is connected but the mouse and keyboard will not move to the other two computers that used to work before. What is going on.

  1. Windows full version and OS Build numbers for all connected system. Please use Winver.exe.
  2. Multiplicity full version number.
