What can I do then? Where do I get 64 bit video decoders?

Hello, I get the message "no suitable decoder found" when trying to use many dreams, but if I click on the dream directly in the folder it resides it will work. Yet the Stardock Deskcapes app says it will not work. The pop up message says I need to install MPEG-2 decoders. This is the latest version DeskScapes8 8.50. Please help with this issue

Nothing happens when I click apply to my desktop (DeskScapes 8.1 paid version). Had to install in compatibility for Windows 7. I have log ready to send.
