Currently, we don't have the option to make it smaller but curious, how much smaller are you wanting to make the text?

Just to provide an update, we are making progress on WB11 - we don't have a public release date yet but are pushing toward internal deadlines so that we can release the application that is compatible with the many flavors of Windows 11.

Windows has moved from a simplified update schedule to one that changes rapidly (and oftentimes without too much warning). With updates coming in many forms - from major releases each fall, to service packs <a href="https://blogs.windows.com/windows-insider/2021/06/22/releasing-windows-feature-experience-pack-120-2212-3920-0-to-the-beta-release-preview-channels/#:~:text=These%20customers%20will%20get%20Windows,next%20monthly%20%E2%80%9CB%E2%

Last week, Microsoft announced that it had signed off on the fall release build of Windows 11, known to many as the 22H2 release. For those keeping score at home, the company notes that Windows 11 build 22621 will be Windows 11 22H2 build. As a reminder, while we do our best to support <

When it comes to buying software from Stardock, we expect that the majority of our users will have few - if any! - issues with our products. Prior to releasing updates, we test our products internally, pass them through QA, and (almost always) release them as a beta to gather as much feedback as possible before pushing them to our users. Microsoft changes their builds frequently and does things like <a href="https://www.windowslatest.com/2022/05/06/microsoft-backtracks-on-windows-11s-

There are many reasons that IT Pros are choosing to deploy Start11 in their environment. Everything from keeping a consistent Start menu experience across both Windows 10 and 11, to simply for the flexibility to control what each user sees in their menu. We frequently hear from users how Start11 has made deploying Windows 11 easier by reducing the training nee

We released an update to Start11 this week that adds a couple of new features to the application - and squashes a few bugs, too. The update is available now and you can either download it from our site or use the in-app update process. Get it N

Did you know that you can try any of Stardock’s software for free? While we know that you will love our products once you use them, if you want to try them before buying you can do so for thirty days without having to pay anything. That means you can download Fences 4 for free and organize your desktop for a month, or use Start11 to ungroup your taskbar in Windows 11
With this latest update to Start11, you have fixed the bane of Windows 11. The inability to ungroup taskbar buttons has had me head back to Windows 10. I am so grateful that Start11 fixed that issue and will tell everyone to get it. I just hope Windows 11 doesn't send an update that breaks it again. Grouped taskbar icons reduce productivity dramatically when one must quickly alternate among several open windows!
&nbsp
Well I don't use the feature on my main monitor, but I did test it and was able to move that to the top. Other monitors however, did not work at all. :/ I used the registry changes as I have special needs not covered with start 11 settings (I have the taskbar on bottom on main and screen 2 but on top on 3 (due to how my screens are arranged physically) <b
Latest windows updates seem to break moving secondary monitor taskbars to top. The registry keys associated with moving taskbars (regardless of start11) don't seem to do anything anymore either. Seems Microsoft really want to kill the taskbar.. :/
Are you seeing any issues on the primary monitor after the update was installed?

This month, we shipped our largest update so far for Start11 . While adding new functionality to the taskbar and re-enabling ungrouping for Windows 11 was an important step toward making Windows 11 more personal and productive, it also cements our stance that Start11 makes Windows 11 ready for corporate users. Let me explain. While we were busy shipping Start11 1.2, Microsoft <a href="https://www.youtube.co

A couple of weeks back, we shipped the first public beta of Start11 v1.2 , which enables a new feature for “ungrouping” the icons on your taskbar. While this feature looks familiar from previous versions of Windows, it’s actually an all-new taskbar that we built in-house in order to enable the functionality. The challenge of building a taskbar from sc

One of the most popular requests we received when we released Start11 was the ability to ungroup apps on the taskbar. This feature, while present in Windows dating back several decades, was removed from Windows 11. Bringing this feature to Windows 11 was one of the larger engineering uplifts we have undertaken here at Stardock. While it is possible to enable ungrouping on the taskbar with a registry tweak and a bit of memor
Is there a roadmap posted anywhere of what kinds of features you plan to be adding? There are a couple features I'd LOVE to see brought back to the 11 Taskbar... 1. the address bar that could be turned on/off: 2. the popup/dropdown folder-contents menu/toolbars:
Nothing public yet on a roadmap but thanks for these suggestions, we have quite a few

When Microsoft released Windows 11 late last year, it was clear that the OS was still a work in progress. There were quite a few missing features, like being able to move the taskbar to the top of the screen, folders in the Start menu, and a lot more. As the months have progressed, the company has been releasing updates within their Insider program to bring "new" features in order to backfill these gaps. While doing so, the company is also introducing new functionality - but at the sa

One of the challenges of managing a Windows deployment is navigating the ever-complex way that Microsoft services the operating system. This month, the company announced additional ways to service Windows 11 with Web Experience packs, Online Service Experience Packs, and - everyone’s favorite - Feature Experience packs.
