I am willing to connect to your internal Microsoft Teams private client portal to discuss further. It is not easy to reproduce the issue at will, since it mainly occurs after monitors have been asleep for a few minutes and then wake up.

My settings are the same as you have shown. Issue occurs regardless of whether Display Fusion is installed or not.
My workaround for this issue is to use the Windows Magnifier to better view the font. For me, I found an initial zoom level to 225% to work on my 4K monitor, with the View set at Full Screen (Ctrl + Alt +F) works. Additional Information:
It's been 2 months with no reply from Startdock. I can only imagine the reasons this issue is not being addressed by StarDock and their talented developers. My workaround to address this issue is to configure and maintain a different Fence layout for each Windows 11 color management monitor identify configuration . 1. Each time the fences move to the undesired monitor: Manually re-arrange the fences to their desired locations. Look up the C
Installed 4.0.5.11 Beta but have exact same issue (Fences relocate when Monitors wake from sleep mode). Color Management window Identity: Windows Identity below: sFences appear
This is the actual screen capture. Be sure your browser is set to show at 100% to see the size. To see any more detail, you can zoom in on your browser. The screen capture px dimensions are 917w x 988h. This should be viewed on a 4K monitor, which shows a greater number of pixels in the same square inch area than a lower resolution monit
There has been no response from anyone on this post, so I thought I would add an illustrative image. I am now using Fences Beta 4.0.5.11 but this does not appear to improve the font size display. I have increased my windows 11 text size (i.e. System->Display->Scale->Text Size) but that does not affect the Fences fonts. I have also experimented with the Windows High DPI Settings for Fences.exe but these changes had no apparent affect. It wo
Just checking in because I have not seen any response from Stardock. This issue continues to be an annoying problem (for me). It would be interesting to know how many other users with multi-monitor setups are experiencing the same types of issues with Windows 11.
I wanted to follow up on Fences randomly changing to different monitors after a computer restart or wake from sleep: After a bit of digging, I noticed the Fences Backup XML files often reference DISPLAY3 (the monitor where most of my Fences are shown), but the Fences are actually on Display (or monitor) 4 as identified using the windows System->Display properties. For example, here is an entry from the Fences backup xml file: <ArrayOfString>
Since Stardock appears to only provide support thru this forum, I will wait to here from them via a responding post. I hope they can offer more than the previous responses relating to this issue.
I realize there are numerous discussions similar to this topic but I have not found a permanent solution. I have followed many, if not all troubleshooting steps (store fences on per-screen resolution, reinstallation, etc.) The major issue is that upon reboot or even a system wake-up, the Fences Registry value for the PrimaryMonitorLast is getting changed to a different monitor number than where my fences should appear, and sure enough, the fences are created on the monitor indicated i
On my 4K monitor, the icons and fonts used to Customize your Fences appear too small. While the font may actually be about 10pt, on a 4K non-scaled monitor at 100% resolution, they are difficult to read. Is there a registry or other setting that can be used to adjust the font size? For example, they appear this small. Furthermore, the font appears pixelated. If not, in the future
basj, you may have noticed from this thread that I initially posted a suggestion to put Fence settings in the system tray (like so many other applications already do). This is a fundamental feature that appears to be absent from Fences. This feature is needed because the desktop is not always accessible when another applications window is full screen. My reply above was in response to the circular logic of sending me to the forum for support. Instead of simply acknowledging the
Thanks, but today Sean Drohan responded with a form email pointing me back to the forum. Apparently they are no longer providing technical support to paid end users such as me.
Enable Fences Settings to be optionally (via checkbox setting) minimized to system tray.
Add the ability to easily select all or several (via ctrl click) FENCES at the same time so they can be easily dragged to an alternate monitor or display location.
After uninstalling fences 2.12 and installing Fences 2.13, the fences are working as expected.
Even with 2.13, the problem of fences spanning across multiple after a restart persists. all monitors are connected by displayport.
Using Windows 10, with 3 monitors. Fences (v 2.12) are configured only on my primary monitor. Upon returning from a monitor sleep or a screen saver cycle, I log back in and my groups of fences frequently appear partially shifted and span both my primary and one of the other monitors. Recent automatic or manual snapshots fail to restore fences. Sometimes I am able to use much older stored layouts (created when I had 4 monitors) to restore my fences positions. Additionally
Windows 10 enables the creation of multiple "virtual" desktops. However Fences 2.12 does not seem to provide a way for each Windows Virtual desktop to have it's own set of fences and icons. Does anyone know how to enable Fences to display different sets of fences and icons on each Windows 10 virtual desktop?
