Apparently they are no longer providing technical support to paid end users such as me.

It has been known for sometimes that all technical support is done via forum. And, with regards for Fences setting, you should be easily get to it via right click on your desktop at anytime.

basj, you may have noticed from this thread that I initially posted a suggestion to put Fence settings in the system tray (like so many other applications already do). This is a fundamental feature that appears to be absent from Fences. This feature is needed because the desktop is not always accessible when another applications window is full screen.
My reply above was in response to the circular logic of sending me to the forum for support. Instead of simply acknowledging the suggestion or telling me how to get the fences icon to appear in the system tray, it appeared that I received a form letter email directing me back to this forum.
Furthermore, I could not find a timeline for the next version of Fences.

Understood. From what I know there is no option to have Fences Config on the Taskbar Tray. Azdude, have forward your request to the Stardock Support Team for their review and recommendations. We really do appreciate your feedback.
There will be Fences v3.10 release soon. And Fences v4 should be next, but there is no official timing release yet.
