Hi, I have been a Stardock customer from OS/2 days, and on the Windows side was using Start8, then Start10, Object Desktop and so on. Last November, when it was time to renew the Object Desktop subscription, I was unable to do so as the company which accepts your payments changed, and was no longer willing to accept money from me. Hi! I tried to extend my subscription to Object Desktop which expires in 13 days. After entering my payment details (I live in India), I got the following information from your "agent". "We regret that your order could not be accepted. We value your business and would like to help you complete this order. Please contact us for assistance." Do let me know the next step(s). <
