Settings charm doesn't work while windowed in ModernMix Stardock Forums

To view the settings of an app, one opens the "charms bar" and hits the Settings button, which activates a slide out pane in the app. With ModernMix, while a Metro app is windowed (any state besides full screen metro mode), the Settings pane quickly pops out then disappears.
