NEW CURSORFX 4 SOFTWARE UPDATE in Stardock Software Stardock Forums

After finding out that the new CursorFX 4 update needs to be purchase, I did. After installing it and inputting the new license code, the cursor does not change from a size of approx 3/16th of a inch in size (micro size). I went to the settings to try increasing it with the slider, but it does nothing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software, again with the same micro size of a cursor. I tried several of the other cursor pictures and they do the same, micro size. Any idea of wha

Product update does not activate now in Accounts and Activation Help Stardock Forums

I noticed that my CursorFX product had an update available. I went to download it, and it told me to uninstall the current version. After doing so, I then installed the CursorFX update. It then took me to a page to retype my email address and product key. I went to my file at home and found the purchase receipt with the information. I typed it in and it replied as incorrect. So, I then went to my account on Stardock and copy/paste my product key (same one as I typed in), and sent it in, it ag
