NEW CURSORFX 4 SOFTWARE UPDATE

After finding out that the new CursorFX 4 update needs to be purchase, I did. After installing it and inputting the new license code, the cursor does not change from a size of approx 3/16th of a inch in size (micro size). I went to the settings to try increasing it with the slider, but it does nothing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software, again with the same micro size of a cursor. I tried several of the other cursor pictures and they do the same, micro size.  Any idea of what is happening here. thank you.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more.

1) Windows version. Please use Winver.exe for full version numbers.

Sorry, but I do believe CursorFX V4 is not compatible with Windows 8 as mentioned on the bottom of this page : https://www.stardock.com/products/cursorfx/

I have used the prior CursorFX version on my Windows 8.1 for years with no problems at all.

I do believe CursorFX v2 still working with Windows 8 without issue.

Ok, I will reinstall the prior version and refund my recent order. thank you
