Thanks for sharing info but in my case it does not work. Still need right/left mous button click to load icons.

Still no solution for desktop load delay bug. Successfully uninstalled this software. Very sad.

It takes about 30 seconds to load automatically.

So if Fences is disabled and I Enable it after view seconds of desktop loads it works perfectly. Only way, I think is somehow delay Enabling Fences, not Starting. But I don't know how to get this command and create *bat. Any ideas?

Still no solution available? Just updated to win8.1 and the bug sill is there, even with 2.11. Any solution guys or Stardock stuff? A've asked to support about 6 months ago and still nothing. Very sad.

Same thing here. Only one thing, if I wait about 15 sec then it loads icons on my desktop.

Hey guys, like I said in the title when I log-in into my windows all desktop icons and Fences it self, takes about 20 sec to be loaded or I should do wright click. I'm using SSD and if Fences is disabled the system loads all icons instantly. I have Windows 8 x64 Fences 2.1 I also have installed Start8.
