Start8 stops working when I hover the mouse over Publisher 2013 in Start8 Stardock Forums

I noticed this after i installed Office Professional 2013. Every time i hover the mouse over Publisher 2013 in Start8 it stops responding and restart after a few minutes. Is this a bug or just an error in the program? Because i can't right click on Publisher 2013 either to remove it. No Error pops up, it just crash and restart. -Duelshotgunner
