The title states the problem. I prefer my taskbar to be located at the top, which is honored on both monitors. I choose to make the size small, which is only honored by the taskbar on the primary monitor. I have changed and reverted several times while restarting Explorer after each change, with no joy. I find no manual for Launch. I use my taskbar at the top and would also run launch at the top. Can anyone tell me if Launch will cover the Windows taskbar, or will it dock above or below the Windows taskbar?

I just built a Win 10 computer and planned to purchase WinFX, Start 10, and Object Dock. The lack of a fully supported Object Dock for Win 10 is a deal-breaker. Sorry.
