Taskbar does not honor the size setting on the non-primary monitor

The title states the problem. I prefer my taskbar to be located at the top, which is honored on both monitors. I choose to make the size small, which is only honored by the taskbar on the primary monitor. I have changed and reverted several times while restarting Explorer after each change, with no joy. It's an apparent bug. Please advise if you need further information or troubleshooting on my part. The problem is not urgent, as Linux is my primary operating system. I only use Windows to stay in touch with changes made by Micorosft so that I can help others when they have problems. I prompted the sale of many copies of Start8 a few years ago. I have a feeling Start11 will also be adopted by many in my town. Thanks for a great product.
