Nothing happens, just nothing. I am doing a right click on the start button or alt + F4 and choose the turn off/restart option.

I am running windows 8 and Start8 v1.1. When downloaded your update here: https://www.stardock.com/products/start8/update.asp and tried to run the v1.11 then my computer hangs... I have to kill the explorer and restart it to make my pc react again. But I can not turn off/restart my notebook now for 2 days. (Yes there is a power button...) </
