Same problem here with Win 10 Pro - Fences was great - I have been promoting it since original version. I have uninstalled repeatedly. Re-installed. Installed in a different folder, tried using WinPatrol, tried adding as a scheduled task, deleting and re-adding to start-up folder - NOTHING seems to fix this frustration. It appeared to be triggered by latest update to Fences 3. I have even tried removing Fences 3 and reinstalling 2 but same issue.
