I have licenced version of Multiplicity V2. Why can I not upgrade to V3??

Come on guys, I need a fix. Every other product I have activates perfectly. The above method is too difficult and no matter what I try I get message C:\WINDOWS\system32>Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Groupy"\SASUpgrade.exe -prodId=2644 -prodName="Groupy" -company="Stardock" -ver="1.00" -email="XXXXXX" serial="11111-AAAAAA-XXXXXX" 'Program' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Just bought Groupy but after installing the Activation window only gives me "back" option after entering product key and email What next? Thanks Gil
