I had requested this as well in the past. I think to have this feature you'd need a utility more focused on the taskbar like Displayfusion.
synomenon
I was using Displayfusion before and one of the features I like is that it allows one to pin specific apps. / programs / folders / files to a specific taskbar. For example: - Monitor 1 taskbar pinned items: - Edge - Firefox - Monitor 2 taskbar pined items: - Ou
I'm using another piece of software called Displayfusion that lets me pin different apps. / programs on each monitors' taskbar. On my primary monitor, I have my web browser pinned to its taskbar. My second monitor has Mozilla Thunderbird pinned to its taskbar. Can Start11 do this too?
What I basically want is a feature that allows me to click and hold on any window's taskbar button and drag it to move / re-arrange the taskbar buttons when they are not grouped. My video clip above shows this.
In the video clip, I'm running Binary Fortress's DisplayFusion which has that functionality in its taskbar. I also used to use "7+ Taskbar Tweaker" by Ramen Software, to add this feature to my taskbar.
Yes, that's it. With taskbar buttons ungrouped, I want to be able to move the buttons for individual windows from any application between any of the other buttons from any other (even from the same) application.
Sorry, that's not what I meant. What I'm asking for is the ability to move each individual Window's taskbar button when the taskbar is set to never combine buttons. Here's a quick, blurry video that might help explain: Moving individual windows' taskbar buttons - 1674921059339.mp4
I'm not having issues. The post was for a feature request.
Would it be possible to add a feature to Start11 where one could left or right click and hold, on a taskbar button for any open window and drag the button to re-order the taskbar buttons?
For those that cant' wait, there's a utility (among all the other already available utilities) called "Actual Multiple Monitors" that can fix the taskbars.
I need this option as well. I also want to be able to right click and drag to re-order taskbar buttons / programs.
