[BUG] Desktop won't close through charms bar if "disable bottom left hot corner when the taskbar....." is enabled

Hi all, just bought start8 and is great a part this small bug (i'm on 1.1 beta): If i go in configuration--->desktop---> and enable "disable bottom left hot corner when the taskbar overlaps it" the desktop became very difficult to close throug the charm bar, i'll try to explain better: if i try to close the desktop by swiping down from the CENTRE of the monitor the app won'r go down, instead if i swype down from the edge the desktop will normaly c
