Hi everyone, I wanted to upgrade from Fences 3 to Fences 4 but the page says that I am not eligible for an upgrade after entering my email address (yes, I made sure it was the right one). I originally bought Fences 2 and then upgraded to 3 in 2016. Is this intentional or an error? Thanks.
