I purchased and installed decor8 on 12/31, first time changing my start screen pic via decor8 worked but after restarting the computer (for another resaon) it now wont change the start screen pic plus it is affecting some of my screen apps such as explorer.exe and windows update. I click on explorer.exe and decor8 starts up all the while is still wont change my start screen pic. Need help or I am going to have to uninstall, not to impressed so far. <
