Is there any way to correctly create a page filter rule for Microsoft Edge, or more generically, all Universal/Modern apps? The windows are rendered using ApplicationFrameHost.exe, which I assume is the separate rendering process for each separate windows. Adding a Tile rule for ApplicationFrameHost.exe will catch Microsoft Edge, along with every other Modern app, like Settings and Mail. Adding a rule for the parent process (MicrosoftEdge.exe or MicrosoftEdgeCP.exe) won't match anything.
