I uninstalled and reinstalled MS visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x86) + (x64) and rebooted suddenly -- all back to normal. all working now.

Currently using Start11 v2.06, no issues until I updated MS visual C++ 2015-2022 both (x86) and (x64) and now start menu fonts are so tiny I cannot read them. I have re-installed start11 and I have resize the font under start11 app has no affect. I resize the "text size" through win11 universal setting has no affect on font on start menu. Suggestion please

yes, that update appears on 1/3/2023 under win11 updates. So I need to reinstall start11?

Icons are turned on to view but only 5 icons are seen, others are there if you put your mouse hover over icon. background is black, no texture used. this happen recent update to start11 yesterday. any idea

I am removing the other software to find culprit causing the disappearing of my icons. Basically going back to start10 on it own.

"News and interest"...I do not want it and I don't read it but I cannot hide it because when I do, it hides the other icons as well. So how do I hide this feature "yellow icon" that I do not want appearing??? Has anyone been successful??? I was able to block the news material via Norton firewall blocking the following (C:\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.Windows.Search_cw5n1h2txyewy\SearchApp.exe) but I still have the icon and I cannot hide it because it hides all the icons.

I checked tablet mode, it was off. So I turned it on and then turned it off and rebooted. Then i reinstalled fences and it works nicely. thank you for that

Window 10 version 1909 os build 18363.719 today update 17/3/2020 as requested i have uninstalled fences and reinstalled fences but no luck. i think the new update is taking control of all desktops thank you for considering my request

Can we still use fences with the new win10 start layout? As my just updated and I do not have access to desktop anymore, the stupid win start menu popup everytime i click on the desktop. Does that mean we lose personalisation of desktop??

Both laptops are the same version. Well, I watch the tray icon change to blue when I login, then it goes grey, then occasionally it goes blue then grey. I'm guessing something is interfering but I have no issues with the internet or other programs.

thank you for the tip in respect of "on screen indicators" today I uninstalled multiplicity on both laptops and installed it again on both laptop, to see how that goes.

today first time, when I cross over to another laptop, the screen changes dark and display "controlling pc 192.168.0.2", this has never happen before. why is happening now!! I really like to allow drag files between computers but it is grayed out. Strangely the tray icon has remained blue (active) for more than 2 hours (first time on win10 system).

Everything is wireless, I have D6200 Netgear with 5 and 2.4 GHZ, one laptop is usually on 5 and other is on 2.4. but when both laptop use 2.4 I still have the same issue. I have seamless setup

Primary laptop is win10 home and second laptop is win10 pro both laptop are on the same private network at home. multiplicity keep dropping out on my primary laptop, second laptop is connected no issues. I had no problems before when both laptops were win7. I can ping from main to second. the icon turns blue then back to gray often. Any ideas?
