Microsoft had designed in a bunch of different things to make users want to buy a touch computer. Yes, a Windows 8 user with an mouse can get at that REALLY skinny little bar that runs across the bottom of the screen with their mouse if they are very careful. If the user can pull that bar from left to right they can eventually get thru enough low res Metro real estate to find the low res Metro icon they are looking for but it's needlessly hard. What
