Improve Access to Metro Bottom of Screen Naviagation Bar

I'm Just sayin': Make This Skinny Thing Taller!

Microsoft had designed in a bunch of different things to make users want to buy a touch computer.  Yes, a Windows 8 user with an mouse can get at that REALLY skinny little bar that runs across the bottom of the screen with their mouse if they are very careful.  If the user can pull that bar from left to right they can eventually get thru enough low res Metro real estate to find the low res Metro icon they are looking for but it's needlessly hard.

What to do? (My feature request)  Make that damn skinny little bar the same height as on the Windows 7 style Task Bar in the Windows 7 UI.  Best would be that Decor8 would provide handles so the Metro UI user could drag it up to make it taller.

I'm not really sure what you are talking about. Do you mean the scrollbar? If so, you don't need to click anywhere, that just provides a visual clue there is a scroll bar, simply use your scroll wheel on your mouse to move it. Of course if you don't have a scroll mouse it is your loss, but works great.

However I do have to say that for whatever reason they did make the little minus [-] button difficult to hit and the other way (control+ scroll wheel) while practical, is not discover-able.

Microsoft really screwed things up with windows 8.

That's why they had to release a new Windows 8 version this quick.

They are even reintroducing the Start button.
