Accidentally disabled programs from showing up in the menu with win10 settings in Start Menu Products Stardock Forums

https://i.imgur.com/36mC47u.png I was going through the Win10 settings and I changed something that stopped programs from showing up in the start10 menu, I think it's something to do with "Apps" being able to be accessed by something but I can't remember which, does anyone know offhand? I'm going to go through the entire W10 settings and try and fix it and I'll post if I find it but I've done this once before and can't remem

I think it would be great if these links to my USB drives disappear when the drive is ejected / missing, and reappear when plugged back in. That's all.
