Accidentally disabled programs from showing up in the menu with win10 settings

I was going through the Win10 settings and I changed something that stopped programs from showing up in the start10 menu, I think it's something to do with "Apps" being able to be accessed by something but I can't remember which, does anyone know offhand? I'm going to go through the entire W10 settings and try and fix it and I'll post if I find it but I've done this once before and can't remember what setting it was.

Maybe this forum post can help you. He also have start menu problem. There a solution there that solve his problem. Hopefully it will also help you.

Unfortunately it seems to have reset all the apps in the list but at least it's fixed.
