Stardock will be closed for the week starting on Monday, June 29th and we will be returning on Monday, July 6th. We will be monitoring support tickets and forums during this time but expect delays in responses during this time.
Not to worry; the uninstall - reboot - reinstall - reboot sequence worked to get Fences 5 to remember its license. I must have deleted something important without realizing. Jeroen
I have the same issue. I suspect that I deleted an important Stardock folder somewhere, and now Fences asks for a product key whenever I cold reboot my machine. I enter the key, all works well, but at the next restart Fences is orphaned again. I'll try to uninstall, reboot, reinstall, reboot. Will let you know Jeroen
