No. Either refund or give me credit for this product for future stardock purchases. If you look at my account, you will see that I have purchased many stardock products. This will definitely be the last time I will purchase from a reseller. My suggestion is that you should own all problems either directly or manage them indirectly.

Sorry, I was pissed and did not save the reply. And I stand by my comment and suggest others only buy from the originating vendor, NOT a reseller if you want to save problems. If you would like to refund my purchase of the Ashampoo product, please feel free as I already removed it from my PC
Big mistake for you to sell their products and not support their products. They won't speak to me because I did not purchase from them. I learned a valuable lesson, don't buy from you what you don't support!
I reloaded Windows on my PC. I then reloaded Ashampoo Driver Updater and it complained that I too many copies running. How can I un-authorize this software so that I can install it again?

Before installing Start10 and using Remote Desktop, there was an option to Shutdown or Restart my computer. After the installing Start10, there was only a Disconnect/Logoff option, no Shutdown or Restart. Is there a way of adding the Shutdown and rRestart option?
