Un-authorize Driver Updater

I reloaded Windows on my PC.  I then reloaded Ashampoo Driver Updater and it complained that I too many copies running.  How can I un-authorize this software so that I can install it again?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. As for any Ashampoo technical issues, Stardock is only reselling Ashampoo software.
For any product support, please see: https://www.ashampoo.com/en/usd/sup

Big mistake for you to sell their products and not support their products.  They won't speak to me because I did not purchase from them.  I learned a valuable lesson, don't buy from you what you don't support!

Can you quote the text where they had said that, or provide a link, please?

Sorry, I was pissed and did not save the reply.  And I stand by my comment and suggest others only buy from the originating vendor, NOT a reseller if you want to save problems.  If you would like to refund my purchase of the Ashampoo product, please feel free as I already removed it from my PC

So you have no record of your correspondence with Ashampoo?  Could it be in a deleted items folder in your mail app?

No.  Either refund or give me credit for this product for future stardock purchases.  If you look at my account, you will see that I have purchased many stardock products. This will definitely be the last time I will purchase from a reseller.  My suggestion is that you should own all problems either directly or manage them indirectly.
