Thank you. I think the issue should be looked at because it changes the underlying windows behaviour. Without Fences the default drop action is "move" when dragging between folders on the same physical device, and "copy" when dragging between folders of different physical devices (at least, as determined by "drive letter"). With Fences, the default is always move regardless of physical device. Pressing the Ctrl key reverses the default with or without Fence

I am evaluating Fences. I know we can put fences on top of active windows using hotkeys or the taskbar method. But when I'm navigating folders by mouse-click, I prefer not to use the keyboard, or move the mouse pointer so far. Would it not be possible to intercept right mouse click in the fence title bar to activate the peek? Or at least add a "click to peek" item in the pop-out menu? Regards Phil

Got it. Navigate to a nested folder - i.e. double click on a folder inside the top-level fence. Then, when you go back to the top level heavily populated portal, the defect appears. You can make it go away by changing the view type, and return when you drill down, every time. Cheers Phil

I am evaluating Fences. OS = Windows 11 pro, version 24H2, build 26100.6899 Fences version 6.02 Sometimes a folder portal with view mode "list" and enough entries to exceed the available space shows the horizontal scroll bar as expected, but clicking on it produces no effect. The scroll can still be accomplished with the mouse wheel. This behaviour occurs after the fences system has been idle for a while, but once in that condition, it remains
