okay. how do I get a refund for start10.. It does not work on my system.

After start10 is installed it requires a reboot. When the reboot completes the desktop continually refreshes. The only way I have found to stop it, is to enter into task manager and stop start10.

Thanks Island. You know I tried that at first but if you move the mouse after creating the new fence, the new fence disappears and I never noticed the little menu box down in the right hand corner. Thanks again.

You know, the fences page, where you would think to go for how to info, tells you all the things that fences, do , but nowhere does it tell you how. Great work Stardock. How do I make a new fence. ?????????????????????????????????
