I'm having the exact same issue as the OP. Did a google search for it and ended up here. Each group of 3 disciples is 1 unit and so only takes a single spawn point though so it doesn't make sense to me that that is the issue. Edit: Finished the scenario. Near as I can tell, some tactical battle maps only have 8 spawn points. =/
