I was asked for my Groupy key and I sent it (from another email address, because the one I use on Stardock is having issues sending messages).

I sent the ticket. I am seeing more people with the same error with the upgrade discount.
All of my software appears under the same account: Start8, Start11, Groupy, Fences 2, 3 and 4 upgrade... the same email.
I just got the email about Groupy 2 and immediately tried to upgrade my software. I don't have it installed, because I was having trouble with windows 11. Now with Groupy 2 I'm willing to try it again, but it says that my email doesn't qualify for an upgrade. Do I have to have it installed? What could be happening? Willy.
Yes, I just found out about the taskbar autohide issue in Windows 11. I didn't know about it, because this is my first windows 11 install, and since it was installed, Start11 was loaded. It was happening with the release version, I was told to install this beta because of my issues. But, still, when the taskbar appears, it is transparent.
In the meantime, if I uninstall it, will I get all my pinned apps back?
I'm also experiencing Explorer reboot loops. While configuring Start11, or installing something, or opening Task Manager, etc.
I’m having a problem in windows 11 and start11. I’m having a problem in windows 11 and start11. The taskbar on my second display doesn’t appear when I place the cursor over it (I have autohide enabled) . If I press the win key on my keyboard, then it shows, but it’s appearance is different from the one on the main display, it appears transparent, the other one is blue. </
If I uninstall Start11 now and decide to install it again, at a later date, will all my pinned apps still be there? I'm having several Explorer restarts in a loop, while configuring Start11 or if I install a driver for another component, etc. Also, I'm having issues with my second display with the taskbar not showing or when it does it is different than the one on the main display (on the second display is transparent). I've posted about these issues already, but I haven't found a sol
Great, I will wait. I'm afraid I can't use it like this.
And now it doesn't show. This is very annoying.
Hello, Sorry to hear you are having issues. Have you try the Start11 V1.11 beta just released and see if the issue still there. If it does, please report your issue in this thread : https://forums.stardock.com/509537 . We appreciate your feedback and patience. Thanks Basj, Stardock Community Assistant.
</p
I don't know how I did it, but now the taskbar shows when I hover the mouse over it, but it is still transparent. How can I make both taskbars the same in appearance?
Is there a way to fix this? It is very annoying for me [e digicons]:annoyed:[/e] ...
I just installed the beta and it didn't fix my issue. The taskbar on the second display can't be displayed when hovering with the cursor, and it is transparent when I'm able to make it show.
I haven’t tried the beta, I will install it and see.
Thank you, I will try it.
Basically, it is what the title says. I need to change my email address from my account here at Stardock, I may have lost the one I had.
I’m having a problem in windows 11 and start11. The taskbar on my second display doesn’t appear when I place the cursor over it (I have autohide enabled) . If I press the win key on my keyboard, then it shows, but it’s different from the one on the main display, it appears transparent, the other one is blue. Is there a way to place the Start Menu window in the center of the screen? (when the start icon is at the center). Right now the start menu appears right next to the start icon, but if you click on search, the search window opens at the center of the screen. I am using the windows 10 style, but, for consistency, I would rather see the start menu at the center of the screen when I place the start icon at the center.
I'm glad to report that all my windows 10 pinned shortcuts in the Start Menu are there after upgrading to windows 11. I first installed Start11 while on windows 10 and everything is OK after the upgrade.
Thank you for the reply, I thought it was a Start11 feature. Like, if I install Start11 on windows 10, when I upgrade to windows 11, those shortcuts will still be in the start menu.
Hello! I think I read somewhere that I can bring my windows 10 start menu shortcuts to windows 11? I haven't upgraded my windows 10 PC yet, but I already have Start11 (haven't installed it on my windows 10 pc, though). Will this be possible, to move my shortcuts from win10 to win11? I've holding back the upgrade because of this limitation. Thanks in advance! Willy.
I just couldn’t add a new tab to the existing group of windows explorer… And uninstalled the software immediately… I will check the deactivation on the virtual pc or my account here…
I installed windows 11 developer build just to see if Fences and Groupy were compatible... Fences works fine but Groupy not so much. But Now I realized I activated using my current activation keys. Will I run into problems on my normal PC installation? I uninstalled Groupy from the virtual PC, but didn't deactivate de license. Can someone help me here? I don't want issues with my real PC installations...
will have to wait for the release to test , stay tuned
I thought the feature was included in 1803 (April's update), but it will be launched in the October update.
