Uninstalling Start11 and reinstalling later

If I uninstall Start11 now and decide to install it again, at a later date, will all my pinned apps still be there?
I'm having several Explorer restarts in a loop, while configuring Start11 or if I install a driver for another component, etc. Also, I'm having issues with my second display with the taskbar not showing or when it does it is different than the one on the main display (on the second display is transparent). I've posted about these issues already, but I haven't found a solution.
I also have Groupy and Fences installed. I don't like Groupy's appearance right now with windows 11 rounded corners, so I won't be using that either. I will keep Fences for now and see what happens.
I'd still like to know, if I install Start11 at a later date, will my current configuration be loaded?.
