Upgrade from 1.5 to 2

I just got the email about Groupy 2 and immediately tried to upgrade my software. I don't have it installed, because I was having trouble with windows 11. Now with Groupy 2 I'm willing to try it again, but it says that my email doesn't qualify for an upgrade. Do I have to have it installed?

What could be happening?

The email for the account where you purchased Groupy must be different than the email you submitted for the upgrade. Do you have two accounts? Try a different email address.

All of my software appears under the same account: Start8, Start11, Groupy, Fences 2, 3 and 4 upgrade... the same email.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use "ask a question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

I sent the ticket. I am seeing more people with the same error with the upgrade discount.

I was asked for my Groupy key and I sent it (from another email address, because the one I use on Stardock is having issues sending messages).
