Hi, I placed an order a while back - only 30-40 mins, so not 'a long while ago' :) - and was wondering whether it's been caught up somewhere? I understand the process to delivery can take a day and all that, but I've received no confirmation email, not even so much as a 'This is what you ordered'. Maybe I'm missing something but, with online ordering, I figured that much would be automated? Furthermore, nothing has come off of my card
