By the way, I am not sure if I should post this, but I found a little free software that allows to set the start screen transparency. I still like Decor8 more, but I hope that feature is implemented too, as I mentioned in the first post. Again, thank you for reading.
In order to show Decor8 as a tile we got 2 options: -Wait to see if the program will be converted to a metro app and be accepted in the Windows Store (which I think is completely unnecessary) or -Use oblytile to create a tile yourself. It is a very usefull tool for those like me who like to customize icons.

Hi. I just found out about Decor8 and I must say, it is exactly what I was looking for to customize my metro UI. I know it is in BETA, but when I saw "Create your own Windows 8 color scheme" and "Randomize the start screen background", I thought "GREAT!, now when I put my password, I will be able to see that BLACK background I used in Windows 7". But it looks like it only changes the background color scheme of the metro UI, not the actual start screen, w
