I am experiencing the same problem and I'm still looking for a solution. Disabling my screen background and accent do nothing, restarting Windows Explorer is the only fix that actually works.

Actually, that is not true. I can press Ctrl+Shift+0+8 to get a list view on the desktop, it just doesn't work in my current fences.
Why isn't it possible to have list view options in standard fences? I know this is currently possible in Folder portals, but it would be nice to have the same option available regardless of fence type. Thanks.
I am having the same problem on my work laptop, submitted a ticket but can't access it (apparently, I don't have permission to see my own ticket!). I responded to the automated message asking to get access, I am waiting on a response. Highly annoying behavior, especially since activation worked fine on my home computer.
I am having the same problem aon my work laptop. I enter my credentials, a message appears that all is fine and as soon as I try dropping anything in one of my fences, the activation prompt pops back up. Help!!!!
