I'd also like to add that in SkinStudio 8, and in 10, I have an explorer_bg.tga file added and in the preview it looks like it's functioning but when I apply the theme, nothing changes. I've updated to WindowBlinds 10.6 and SkinStudio 10, nothing so far has fixed this issue. I've changed most of the errors in the Start Menu but nothing has been changed for Explorer. Edit: Problem with the background is .tga files don't work, it's meant for .bmp files. W
